SHIPPING POLICY
We want to make things super fun, easy and customer friendly.
We usually execute the order as soon as we receive it so that you can receive your item as soon as possible. If you need to change something, please notify us immediately after placing the order, and we will do our best to help you.
Free shipping within the United States. Anywhere in the US, the order usually takes 2-5 days. If you need a faster project, you can choose a priority.

We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and if for some reason you are not satisfied, we will send you a shipping label.
Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary. We strive to ship all domestic and international orders within 2-3 working days after purchasing standard products. For fast and priority shipping, if applicable, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
International shipping pre-order-for international shipping, we will wait until the entire order is ready to be completed. If you don't want to wait, we recommend that you place two orders separately.
The customer is responsible for providing correct shipping information before shipping. We will ship to the shipping address specified during checkout.
It is the customer's responsibility to find packages that are marked as delivered but "not received". Please contact your carrier as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and report the investigation on your behalf. We do not issue refunds for lost packages.
